Privacy Policy
This policy explains what HazzardSMP collects when you sign in and use this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers the website, the store, the support tickets, the staff applications, the giveaways and the Discord server connected to them.
1. Who runs this
HazzardSMP is run by Kervs. You can contact us at kervvsacer@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Discord sign-in. When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar and the email address on your Discord account.
- Minecraft account. If you link one, your Minecraft username and UUID, your skin link, and your in-game stats (for example rank and playtime) that the game server reports to us.
- Support tickets. The subject, messages and any pictures you send, and the staff replies to them.
- Staff applications. Your age, timezone, availability and the answers you write.
- Giveaways. Your entries, and your Minecraft username if you win or enter.
- Store orders. The items you buy, your Minecraft username, the payment method you chose and the order status. We do not keep your payment card details on this website.
- Discord server activity. Messages and member status from the HazzardSMP Discord server, which the website shows on its dashboard.
- Technical data. Requests are counted per IP address for a short time to stop abuse, and the server keeps error logs. Your browser stores a few settings, such as a remembered tab or range, on your own device.
- Server statistics. Aggregate counts of players online over time. These do not identify anyone.
3. Why we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account and linked Minecraft account working.
- To answer support tickets and review staff applications.
- To run giveaways, store orders, rewards and ranks.
- To show the server status and dashboard.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and security problems.
4. Who can see it
Staff members can see support tickets, staff applications and member names in order to do their job. Staff replies are shown to members as "STAFF"; the real name of the staff member is not stored with the reply. We do not sell your information.
We use these service providers to run the site:
- Discord for sign-in and the server.
- Supabase for the database and private file storage (ticket pictures).
- Cloudflare for website hosting and server functions.
- Mojang's session server and mc-heads.net to look up Minecraft skins and heads from a username.
- Your chosen payment provider for store payments.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. Support tickets, staff applications and giveaway records are kept for [retention period] after they are closed or ended, then deleted or anonymised. Ticket pictures are only given out through short-lived links.
6. Your choices
- You can unlink your Minecraft account from your profile at any time.
- You can close your own support tickets at any time.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing the contact address above. Some records may be kept where the law or our fraud and ban records require it.
7. Children
HazzardSMP follows Discord's minimum age. If you are under 13, please do not sign in or send us personal information.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
